I've tried a couple of lip and cheek stains and these are my favorites:

Benefit's Cheek stain

Benefit's ben-a-tint. Its amazing. you can get it a sephora. Be careful though, it can dry out your lips something awful. use a good balm over the top of it.
I know it is expensive but anything from MAC. Their products are so good.
