Once you put it on it is wet so you need to allow it to dry for a minute or 2, it gives an amazingly natural look however it doesn't last as long as some of the other ones I have used. And no it doesn't leave a mark or cups or other lipsDoes The body shop Lip %26amp; Cheek Stain smudge?
no unlike lipstick it doesn't.
