mark (by avon) has lip stains for $6. i bought one a year or so ago, and it lasted all day.
Stila Lip Rouge or Lorach Sheer Wash are good.
try either the classic matte , high impact or super wear lip cream by Bee Luscious Cosmetics, I have had much success with my clients.
