It is not necessary unless you're prone to feathering around your lip line. I found that the Cover Girl lip stain has pretty precise application, so I haven't needed lip liner.Is it best or necessary to wear lip liner with lip stain? i got the cover girl one.?
No and the covergirl new lipstain sucks in my opinion. It doesn't stay on and is almost invisible. I was very disappointed with it.
