try eye shadow pigments. pigments can be used for eye shadow, nail polish, lip gloss, etc.

Petroleum jelly + kool-aid or old sparky blush or eyeshadow a shade darker than the color you want.
kool aid with lip gel stuff for when your lips get super chapped
