What does ';The Body Shop Lip & Cheek Stain'; do?

I have it and I dont know how to use it.What does ';The Body Shop Lip %26amp; Cheek Stain'; do?
A lip and cheek stain is basically a make up that makes your lips and cheek look naturally flushed.


The cheek will look naturally flushed, like you're blushing. The lips are just red (or whatever colour it is) and full. Instead of like a bit pale or 'undone'.
