What is a good red lip-stain that isn't too expensive?

I have pale skin and strawberry blond hair, and I would LOVE a good red lip-stain, but I don't know where to find one. Also, it would be awesome if the stain was all-natural. One last thing: I know they say fair skinned people should use a cooler tone of red, is that true?What is a good red lip-stain that isn't too expensive?

Mark by Avon Tint, Tint Lip and Cheek gel in the shade Petal. :] Just a little dab goes a loooong way. :] And, whether you're fair or dark skinned doesn't matter, it's if you're cool or warmed skinned, i.e. bluish pink undertones or golden red.
Strawberries and cherries are all natural, inexpensive, and looks pretty.
